LAST NIGHT AT WOMEN ONLY KICKBOXING
A tough session last night working conditioning and technical drills. The initial warm up focussed heavily on core and abdominal strength. From there we looked at drills working on attacking and defensive motions. Great effort from everyone.

WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING
Skipping to get warmed up followed by challenging bodyweight drills working on your own and then with a partner. From there it was straight into striking combinations on the thai pads working 3, 2 and then 1 minute rounds with particular combinations. Finished off the class with some conditioning drills and stretching.

TONIGHT AT WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING EDINBURGH
Well done to women who made it along to training. After the warm-up the class completed a cardio drill on the pads and then worked a specfic combination on the pads. The class carried on in this fashion until it was time for the cool down. The class raised the temperature of the gym so much that the snow melted on the roof and came down avalanche style.

TONIGHT @ WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING EDINBURGH
After a great kettlebell workout the women partnered up and worked their ways through 6 different combinations on the pads for 3 minute rounds. We finished with a drill and briefly touched on some of the self defence applications we can take from the training. Great effort.

WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING EDINBURGH
We skipped the usual kettlebell warm up and just tore straight in about the pad work. From there we worked through various striking combinations and finished off with some body weight exercises just when everyone thought the class was over. I like to keep people on their toes. See you all next week or at the mixed class on Wednesday night.
