Some of my regulars appear to be missing in KM. Come on guys if you haven't been in a couple of weeks, get yourself back to class. You know who you are. And even if you have an injury I will have you working at the side on material you can cover don't worry about that. Nothing worse than going to the Drs and being told to rest and take it easy in the hope that you will somehow magically recover with pain pills and rest. You got to keep moving.
