TONIGHTS TRAINING

Kettlebells was a fast paced high intensity mix of bodyweight and kb drills. We had drills linking three exercises together and worked through various timed drills or sets. Great level of effort from everyone there. Kickboxing looked at the basics working our jab and defence against low kicks and also some pad work which keeps us moving and is more for speed and reflex than combative application. Krav Maga looked at in fighting and defending with common objects. How we can use the common objects to defend attacks and then mirror the same movements with our empty hands.
