HARDLY TRAINING - FINDING TIME TO TRAIN

Its nearing the end of the summer, and many among you may be asking yourselves if you packed quite as much into these past few months as you may have. One of these regrets might be that you shed all the weight that you intended to, or that you didn't make it into the gym quite as much as you'd like. Now that winter is approaching and work starts to pick up, you might think you don't have the time to train, that you've missed your chance for another year. But don't let yourself be constrained by your working hours, there is always time to train. Focus on making little changes, find an excuse to do little bits of exercise here and there, ten push-ups waiting for the kettle to boil, hold the plank during commercials on tv, five burpees every time you lose a round on the X-box. Small progress, done frequently, is much better than an unachievable schedule that you won't keep to. You will be amazed at the time you can find in your every day activities. Whether its a little shadow boxing while waiting on dinner, some pull ups every time you pass your pull-up bar, or even the occasional body-weight circuit whenever you get bored. Force yourself to do a little exercise whenever you have the chance and you'll find the time. Little changes like this will reap big rewards, as long as you make these good habits stick!
