THIS WEEKS TRAINING

This week I have concentrated on big leg exercises in each of the work outs. One day would be squats for example with lunges another would be deadlift and another lunge variation. Lots of sprint work mixed in with big pushing and pulling motions and as small a recovery time between sets as possible. All the exercises that have been done have been aimed at hitting as many muscle groups as possible. Trying to make sure that any exercises are done standing up. Results have been good as cardio has certainly increased as well as recovery times going down. Marcus
