I was training earlier in the gym and banged out this little drill with the KBs. Deadlifts x 10, two handed swing x 10, snatches x 10, cleans x 10 and push press x 10. It was very fast and I was gassed at the end which is the idea behind using kettbells. I was thinking now do 3 rounds of this and that would really be a kettlebell class. The onus is on the individual pushing themselves. And then you have to sell a possible 10 minute workout to someone. However, just think how long should your workout be? Should they be short and intense or long and boring. Start buying into less is more and you will be on the right tracks. Little but often is the new saying. Marcus
