LAST NIGHT AT NSI

Looked at circular movements, barrier removal and lock flow. Everything seems to be coming together nicely. We finished the class going from our boxing into the straight blast and either barrier removal if it presents itself or straight into the logical conclusion of the altercation. Great to see the girls adding in the close quarter combat to their already strong kickboxing skills.
