We continued the theme of defending after our dominant arm was injured. We looked at foot work drills, striking and attacks using both arms and then just one. I stressed the need for closest tool to closest target and to make sure that strikes were to vulnerable areas. Also, that all attacks were true. So if its a stick attack then aim to hit with the stick so you are building your skills using a common object. If I practice the 360 defence then as the attacker I am developing my outside attacks whilst the defender practices defence. Simple but often over looked by many. Great effort from the guys and girls!
