KRAV MAGA ON MONDAY
I'm not one for working attacks from left and right handed people in Krav Maga. On average about one in ten people are left handed so we want to go with percentages in our training. So the majority of the time we concentrate on being attached with someone wielding a weapon in their right hand for example. We have an hours class in which time we need to work on explosive fitness to better equip our bodies for combat. We need to work on tool and target development and then look at specific attacks. On Monday we concentrated on being attacked by a leftie. If you really want to increase your non dominant sides actions you need to do stick work, so come along to Tactical Edge or NSI and supercharged those skills.
