With the recent news story of four London police officers being stabbed we focused the nights activity's on knife threats and attacks. The injuries sustained by the officers were all from a low line attack so we ran through a low line version of hubud to gain some sensitivity and then looked at our passing actions and our disarm and returning blade syllabus. At the end of the night we ran through some great situational drills and although I could see the guys being a little frustrated that there techniques weren't picture perfect they all came out of the attack without injury and with great control over the attacker.
