On Saturday we ran the first road rage seminar (pics to follow). We started off with some common sense approaches to vehicle safety. From there we looked at defences whilst driving against chokes, punches, knife threats and firearm threats. You quickly realise the strikes that work and how wearing a belt impnges on movement. Move to quickly and it locks. So all close raneg striking tools. We then looked at defenses when you were entering and leaving the vehicle and also if someone makes you get out the car. A lot of fun and a lot of improvisation on the go from the guys. We loked at the basic principles for defence and then added multiple attackers and differnt scenarios to really get the guys thinking and acting quickly. Great fun had by all!
