KETTLEBELLS EDINBURGH

Last night the guys started the class with a short 3 minute circuit combining kettlebells and free weights. We ran three rounds of this and then went into the ten minute swing test. From there we looked at a drill which hit every area of the body. A quick body weight drill with a partner then we finished the class off with a drill combining overall fitness and core strength. Fantastic effort guys.
