TONIGHT AT KICKBOXING EDINBURGH

The ladies went in groups of three for the warm up and we did a kettlebell and two bodyweight exercises in rotation to time. From there we partnered up and worked through 3 minute rounds with a partner covering striking with the feet, knees, hands and also defensive footwork and covers. Reall great effort from everyone.
