TONIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

After a great warm up we worked tool development. We looked at using our finger spear into a right cross. We looked at our jab cross into a knee strike and then looked at intercepting either a kick or an advance with a side kick. We finished the class looking at how to defend a front kick. So a good solid evening of sharpening and developing our striking. We used various drills to speed up our strikes and develop our reactionary speed.
