TONIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

After the warm up we concentrated on tool development and specifically our hooking punch. We worked a variety of drills to develop this. We looked at the release from a rear arm bar against the throat. From there we ran a little stress drill and then went through the release. Excellent efforts.
