LAST NIGHT AT TACTICAL EDGE EDINBURGH

The guys covered some of the material from earlier in the week to make sure they had command of it. From there we went on to work in groups of three. One person was armed with a piece of foam which represented either an impact weapon or a rolled up magazine. I stressed to the guys that they had to decide in their minds what it was before the altercation kicked off and use it appropriately. For example the rolled up magazine is better used for quick strikes to the face, groin etc. A heavy impact weapon seeks bone and preferably not the skull unless you want to land in jail. Therefore attack the hands, elbows and knees. I have stuck some footage of the guys going at it. There is a great clip where Michael loses the foam (it flies up in the air out of his hand) and he catches it again and goes on to fight the second opponent. The aggressors were to attack with either a haymaker or a kick. Enjoy.
