Mark Davies, the founder of the Tactical Edge system will be down at the gym next Saturday taking a seminar on the five most common attacks in the UK. Mark will arm you with the skills and combatives to increase your chances of survival against punching, kicking, choking, grabbing attacks and even knife threats. The seminar will run from 12-4pm and is open to anyone regardless of how long you have been training. The investment is £25 per person. If you are grading then it's only £35. The grading will be from 4-5pm after the seminar. This week in class we will be covering the material for the gradings. You will be able to ask Mark any questions you have on the day as well. Can all monies please be paid for the seminar by the end of training on Thursday evening next week.
