WEDNESDAY AT TACTICAL EDGE EDINBURGH

On Wednesday evening the guys went through drills which worked our initial straight blast limb destruction and then looked at secondary destructions. We put gloves on and then worked full speed destructions against straight attacks. We finished off the class with looking at the drawpoint system and then after drilling some of the core movements we took them and worked them as situationals.
