The guys worked in pairs working through a bodyweight and kettlebell workout. From there we moved onto some striking combinations on the pads and then we had the opponent swing eliptical attacks with the pads on the inside of the arms the partner could use the SBLD and then follow up with fast counter strikes. We then looked common lines with the knife and a cutting and thrusting motion and how this is the same with the empty hand applications. We then moved onto the universal strip against the blade and looked at how we could use this against a knife threat and then an active attack by using the SBLD, hubud or a passing action. Great effort from all the guys.
