An excellent class this evening. We used some of the weight discs to warm up with and then went on to various combinations on the pads interspersed with some work on our round kicks for time and various striking drills. It was a fast paced class working both the technical side of things and also our fitness. I reminded everyone that there is a new class starting this Saturday from 10-10.45 am. I hope to see you there.
