LAST NIGHT @ KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

Skipping into kettlebells and bodyweight drills for the warm up. From there we got out the focus pads and started working our food jab and then into striking with the hands and elbows. We worked drills combatively and finished with some slow fighting. Keep in mind the idea behind the slow fighting is the flow and being able to transission.
