LAST NIGHT @ KETTLEBELLS EDINBURGH

Warm up and then mobility and into our regular swing test. We use this every class so you can see your progress each week. Hopefully, it's getting easier. From there we went in to body weight drills and some further kettlebell exercises. Finished off with a 15 minute blast combining what we had covered. Then on to the cool down and stretch. Great effort, see you next week.
