LAST NIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH
Lee put the guys through their paces with a cracking warm up and then into grappling. We kept this theme for the rest of the evening and looked at a particular set up into the rear naked choke and worked this repeatedly. Great effort guys.
