NEXT WEEK AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH
Next week I want to concentrate on high percentage strikes and building these up and using set ups. So if you have gloves or hand wraps bring them along to keep those hands safe. If you haven't got them then don't sweat it. See you all next week.
