The big guy is still in a lot of pain and there is still a lot of swelling and bruising on the knee. He was at pysio yesterday and they have him only using one crutch now however, he is still hobbling about. I'm sure if anyone wants to bake him any cakes then he will be more than happy to receive them - hint! Leave them in the gym for him and I will drop them off.

Cheers Marcus. At the Dr's again today to see if they can take it off. I have had enough of this.
