LAST NIGHT @ KETTLEBELLS EDINBURGH

We started the class with a warm up and mobility and stretching. Then a quick bodyweight drill to get the temperature back up, then it was into the kettlebells proper. We focussed mainly on the swing and then added in other exercises such as the clean, high pull, squat, twist, around the world, Halos and ribbons. We finished off with a fast paced drill that showed the guys what else was in store in the coming weeks. If you havent been before then get along as soon as you can. We will always cover the fundamentals in class to get you training quickly and safely however, the more you come to class the more exercises you can safely have in your repetoire.
