BATTLECAMP SUCCESS

Over forty participants from all over the UK descended on the Combat Ready gym for the first ever Tactical Edge camp. Over the weekend the guys covered barrier removal, striking, takedowns, defence against knives and sticks. Stick drills and combative applications, edged weapon drills, flexible weapons. The weekend finished with a grading for everyone. It's amazing to see how sharp everyone was looking at the end of the camp despite the physical exertion they went through. There were guys and girls from all over the UK and everyone was training away excellently. I would like to thank Mark Davies and all the other Tactical Edge instructors for their help this weekend. They made it an absolute success. Most of all I would like to thank all the participants who made the effort to come along and make this possible. We had a wonderful response to the first camp and we are already planning the second for next year. Bigger and better! Remember, every participant will receive a copy of the material on DVD from the weekend.
