WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING IN EDINBURGH
Warm up with the kettlebells and then into striking on the pads with some fast paced rounds. I encouraged everyone to keep moving and was making sure that the pad holders moved after every combination to the keep the person striking on their toes. Finished off the class with a mixture of bodyweight drills and some ab work before a quick stretch. Great effort by everyone.
