LAST NIGHT @ TACTICAL EDGE EDINBURGH

We trained in the unit next door last night which is a real industrial setting, so it was a really atmosphere for training with the rain flooding in as well. We started working hubud and then into our panantukan cut parrys. From there we did the same with the sticks and then looked at some of the sword and dagger curriculum and how we can use the principles with our empty hand syllabus. Great effort from the guys. I stressed last night that this stuff does require a bit more thought and practice. However, if you want to get good then you need to put the hours in. It's like anything of value and don't let anyone tell you any diferently.
