WOME-ONLY KICKBOXING

None of the women could be bothered lifting the kettlebells outside so we just started warming up on the pads lightly and then straight into 3 minute rounds. We worked various striking combinations for 3 mins x3 with only 10 seconds rest between rounds. Excellent effort and everyone had an opportunity to work on the tan. Except for me as I hide in the shade.
