TACTICAL EDGE ON MONDAY

We were training outside and concentrated on destryoing straight attacks with our elbows. We drilled this and then put it into situationals. Then it was onto 3 and 5count sumbrada. It's great training outside in the car park as there are so many different surfaces out there. It really develops your footwork!
