LAST NIGHT @ TACTICAL EDGE EDINBURGH

Skipping and body weight exercises for 3 minute rounds that just seemed to keep going. From there into timed rounds pad chasing with a partner. From there we looked at a movement from the silat side of things to intercept a grab or a straight attack. We looked at how we could use the finishing strike as a double and this works well at extremely close range. Finished off the class just freelancing against straight attacks into takedowns. Guys all did awesome.
