Great effort from the women there who worked through some bodyweight drills and then the Nazi drill. We substituted some of the exercises for combatives to help build our striking curriculum. This was quickly followed by the kettlebells. From there we looked at when we have fallen, pushed or knocked to the ground. We looked at the easiest way to get back on our feet and also several ways of how we can defend on the ground until we can get up. All the women did extremely well and demonstrated true fighting spirit. Great effort.
