KRAV MAGA THURSDAY

It was a lovely night so better excuse to take the training outside into Freddy Krugers shed. The flooring was a mix of gravel, concrete, sand, rubble and bits of metal and wood so true footwork was required here. The guys concentrated on short multiple attack scenarios and then slow fighting with a mass attack at the end with everyman for themselves. Throughout the training I would shout common object and everyone had to locate a weapon immediately. Awesome effort guys you all did fantastically.
