KICKBOXING CLASS IN EDINBURGH

Skiping into bodyweight exercises and then some strethching before the fun began. We worked through some new combinations adding in some new kicks and some attacking and defending combinations. Finished the evening off with a drill with one side sending striaght or hooking punches and the other side had to parry or cover. Everyone did excently and look great. See you all next week. Remember, there is a women-only class on a Monday from 7.15-8.15 that youu are more than welcome to attend if you want to double up on your training and see faster results.
