Krav Maga at Boroughmuir

Last nights class started off with a typical hard warm up. Sprint drills with some bodyweight drills for good measure. This is one of those things that really hurts at the time but later on you have a great sense of achievement.
We then started working the pads which included jab cross, elbows, knees and most of the kicking curriculum. From here we put these tools good use and went multiple attacks. The emphasis here was to use different tools each time and to scan the area!!
A good solid effort by all, well done.
