WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING IN EDINBURGH

We started off the class with some skipping into stretching and mobility before working through some kettlebells drills. From there we worked timed rounds with our partners on the pads. Just when the girls thought it was over it was back to the kettlebells and some bodyweight exercises. With summer just around the corner all the girls were working very hard. Great effort.
