Sundays fitness class

Class will start at 4:30pm and we meet at the entrance to the tennis courts on the Meadows.

  1. As usual, class began with a light jog around Meadows. We then moved on to press-ups, squats and rope excercises, focusing on speed and swift transition. Although without kettlebells, the class somehow wasn't any less demanding.

    Well spent Sunday afternoon!
