Sundays conditioning class

Remember, Sundays conditioning class will be on at 4:30pm on the Meadows Playing fields. We will be at the entrance to the tennis courts until 4:30pm and after that you will need to find us on the Meadows.
Hope to see you there. if you train with us during the week then this class is included in your class fees. Lets take advantage of this great offer!
