Fitness and conditioning at Krav Maga Edinburgh

Tremendous effort and turn out for the first class of the year! Everyone put a real effort into this session especially after such a tough grading on Thursday night.
15 rounds of 45 seconds of exercise and 30 seconds active recovery!
Some of the drills we used were:
  • Kettlebell swing
  • KB press
  • Burpee's
  • weighted squats
  • push ups
  • knees to chest
  • shuttle runs

and more!

Then we finished it off with a slow jog around the tennis courts and then a wee fight to see who was going to carry all the kettlebells back to the cars.
