Date, almond, coconut and cocoa rolls

Thanks to John Lamont for this easy, Paleo friendly snack:

"Into a blender or food processor chuck 400g stoned dates (get them natural without glucose syrup)  a 200g pack of flaked almonds, a chunk of creamed coconut, 4 or 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder. When the mixture has whizzed round a bit and clumps into a ball, take it out, it's ready to roll like long sausages in greaseproof paper (USA baking parchment) and then be cut into chunks and shaken about in a bowl of dessicated coconut. If you put too much creamed coconut in it will go greasy on you, if you don't put any in it might not bind or be too sticky. The chunk is about the size of a box of paracetemol. Good luck. They're good"

We second that. Since he gave us the recipe we have made about 5 batches of them and had a box on standby at all times!
