Calling guys like Eugene, Stephen Jackson, Bear, Remek, Martin, Ross, Big Scott, John, John Murphy, Jody - basically the guys who have been training for years. As a thank you for your loyalty over the years, and to further develop your skills and attributes, I will be doing a session with you guys at a weekend for a few hours FOC to plug any knowledge gaps and to further enhance your skill sets. Planning on doing this every 4-6 weeks. We can arrange it amongst ourselves and I will speak to you guys in classes when I next see you. If I've missed your name off and you think your are old school don't worry- I will find you in class.
