We had a great turnout for our inaugural CrossFit class last night. Thanks to all of those who came and hope you enjoyed it. Well done for trying something new. This is the workout we did, after a light warm up:
EMOM for 12 mins
Deadlift x 3
Burpees x6
Sit ups x 9
