Using the framework of kickboxing we'll explore some of the cross over applications from our self defence systems (Tactical Edge, N.S.I.). Whether you're a kickboxing regular who's curious about our other systems, or you already train in one of them and would like to sharpen up your striking and entries, there'll be material for everyone. We'll look at different striking, entries, locking and takedowns.
