TW SEMINAR
On Saturday we covered the primary level 1 and 2 material with the travel wrench. We looked at the foundational movements and the empty hand applications. We also looked at some of the locking and control curriculum. The next level is moving people from wall to floor and vice versa as well as the trapping.
