TONIGHT AT KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH

Started the class with some conditioning then looked at the fighting system and how to gain an attachment and then into various takedowns. We looked at thrid party defence and some locks. We also looked at using the concrete as a common object against a bigger opponent. So we looked at how we could take them down maximising the impact. Its rarely a good idea to go to the ground in a concrete world however sometimes we can use this to our advantage. Great effort from everyone there! Marcus
