TONIGHT AT KME

Tonight it was a super fast warm up and then straight into looking into controlling our environment, baiting a hook, tactile sensitivity, breaking the plane, positional control and generally working on accelerating our close quarter combatives. We did this off a number of situationals. I stressed the importance of being able to rock n roll. Never mind learning to be victim, defending all these attacks. Don't let them happen - awareness, pre-emption, interception. Look at a boxer and take their tactics and adopt them to your environment. With this approach pretty soon you are teaching yourself.
