RECOVERY

We all need to sleep but it's easier said than done. Life's problems and worries can often be too much for us and we find it difficult to get quality rest. The body requires good quality sleep in order to function. If you are training regularly then sleep is a must in order for your body to build and repair itself. Generally speaking your training should be built around your eating and your recovery / rest. Without this you won't get the most from your training. Try and make sure you don't watch TV in bed, keep the room at a constant temperature. Try and forget about work and stress. Focus on going down a tunnel in your mind that is full of twists and turns. Focus all you have on this tunnel and it will keep all the negative thoughts out of your head. Good luck and get a good rest.
