NICE LITTLE FINISHER

When training at the gym the other day finished off the work out with this one. Ramped the treadmill up to speed. Ten KB swings, ten crunches then jump on and sprint for 20secs, off and 8 swings and crunches and then treadmill. All the way down to 2. Fun and more challenging than it sounds. Marcus
