LAST NIGHT

We had a fighters circuit set and did three four minute rounds. From there we looked at style. Every art has one, every person has one. I am all for having your own style but last night I wanted people to mimic the classic KM style. Watch the Israeli guys and then watch the rest of the world mimic that particular style. Its all in the movement, the noises. At the end of the day its like copying Bruce Lee except you arent Bruce. It's good for a begginer to get an idea of style but your regular guys hsould be looking to adopt their own style. We looked at defending inside and outside strikes and mixed them toegther and had some free play.
